You can place an order by browsing our products, adding items to your cart, and proceeding to checkout. You can shop as a guest or create an account for faster checkout.

You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting our customer service. After that, the order enters processing and cannot be cancelled.

We accept Bkash payments and Cash on Delivery (COD). For Bkash payments, you will need to provide the transaction ID after making the payment.

Delivery takes 1-2 business days inside Dhaka and 3-5 business days outside Dhaka. You will receive tracking information once your order is shipped.

You will receive a tracking number via email and SMS once your order is shipped. You can use this number to track your order status.

We don’t offer direct exchanges. However, if you face any issue with your product, please send us the problem details along with a clear image to 01343782280 (WhatsApp). If the item is eligible for exchange, our team will replace it for you.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund.
